This website offers creative coaching, spiritual guidance, blog and video content, original art, and digital products designed to support creative, mindful, and intentional living.

The creative coaching and spiritual guidance services offered are not therapy or medical advice. If you have mental health concerns, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed healthcare provider.
5.Confidentiality
All sessions are held in confidence and with deep respect for your privacy. Any personal information, shared experiences, or insights discussed during your session will remain confidential and will not be shared without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Please note that while confidentiality is honored, these sessions are not protected under therapist–client privilege, as they are not a form of psychotherapy or medical treatment.
6. Session Recordings
Sessions may be recorded for your personal reference only, with your prior consent. Recorded sessions will be stored securely and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced in any way by either party without explicit written permission.
7. Digital Products + Art Sales
All sales are final on digital downloads unless otherwise stated. If you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact us for support by emailing support@irinavera.me
Original artwork may be subject to custom shipping times and may vary slightly from online representations.
8. Cancellations + Refunds (Services)
Mentorship and coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session of the package has started. Single sessions are non-refundable once booked.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours cannot be refunded. In cases of genuine emergencies or technical issues, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
9. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party tools for scheduling, payments, email marketing, and analytics. These platforms have their own privacy policies and terms. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to their use.
